Financial Arrangements
For our patients’ convenience our office offers
several options of payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover
bankcards, checks, cash and money order payments. All balances are
to be paid in full at the time service is rendered and as a courtesy
for that we offer our patients a 20% time of service payment savings.
We coordinate all dental insurance but are not participants with any.
Therefore this simply means you are responsible for paying the office
at the time services are rendered and as a courtesy we then will submit
your claim to your insurance company for you and they will reimburse
you with a check via mail. However, two insurances that have no benefit
at our office are Access and Best Health Care; all others that we
have seen to date have the same dollar benefit here as anywhere else.
For more extensive treatment where you would prefer to make a low
monthly payment, we have the convenient opportunity for you to apply
with one of our financing companies. You simply fill out an application
and before your appointment ends we can have financing information
available for you.
